STEP 1: Insert balloon catheter into the nasal cavity with the guidence of endoscope.

STEP 2: Locate the balloon catheter at the opening of Eustachian tube, then insert the balloon by advancing the balloon controller.

STEP 3: inflate the balloon with the balloon inflator until 12atm is reached and hold for 2 minutes.

STEP 4: deflate the balloon completely, then remove the balloon from Eustachian tube by pulling back the balloon controller.
